Ready to launch your white label payment platform?

What Is a White Label Payment Platform

A white label payment platform is a ready-built payment software solution that a business deploys under its own brand. You get a fully operational payment gateway – checkout pages, routing engine, merchant management portal, anti-fraud layer, back office, admin panel, documentation and settlement tools – without building anything from scratch.

It runs on infrastructure you control. Payment pages carry your domain and design. The admin panel and all system URLs reflect your company identity. Every cardholder and merchant interacts with your brand, not a third-party service provider.

PayAdmit delivers the white label payment platform as a production-ready software package. We manage the infrastructure, PCI DSS certification, and ongoing technical maintenance. You manage the merchants, define the routing rules, and build the payment business.

What the PayAdmit White Label

Payment Platform Includes

The white label payment platform ships complete.
Every feature needed to run a payment business is included.

Custom Branded Checkout and Payment Pages

Payment pages carry your domain and design system, logo, colors, and typography. Full CSS customization is available. The checkout is mobile-responsive and configures to your brand guidelines during onboarding. No third-party service name appears anywhere in the cardholder experience.

Smart Routing
and PSP Cascading

The system intelligently routes transactions by simultaneously evaluating GEO, currency, transaction size, and card BIN data alongside customer trust scores and operator-set priorities.
By analyzing real-time approval rates for each PSP, the platform ensures the highest probability of success.

Should a payment fail, an automated cascading sequence kicks
in within the same session. All fallback orders, timeout thresholds, and provider weights are fully configurable per merchant and update dynamically based on live processing performance.

Velocity Limits and Transaction Controls

Set volume and frequency limits per card, per customer profile, and per terminal. The system will process each check in sequence before the payment reaches the PSP. The solution blocks or flags sources that exceed thresholds before the transaction reaches the PSP.

Daily, weekly, and monthly caps reset automatically. When a terminal hits its processing limit, the system deactivates it and shifts volume
to the next available route within the group.

Anti-Fraud Rules and Third-Party Integration

Configure internal anti-fraud rules at the shop level: spending thresholds, BIN blocks, behavior-based rules, and transaction history conditions. Anti-fraud providers integrate directly into the transaction scoring pipeline – ZignSec and Kount are standard.

Any provider the client already uses, including Paydect, integrates through the same solution layer. Whitelists and blacklists operate
at the card, email, and IP level.

Merchant Portal
and Multi-Merchant Back Office

Create and manage sub-client accounts, manage role-based access permissions, monitor payment timelines, and access settlement data from a single portal. The operator retains full control over settlement rules and can provide merchants with their own reporting access and provide custom settlement schedules.

The back office provides centralized reporting across the full merchant network – transaction logs, settlement summaries, reconciliation exports, and analytics – all manageable from
one interface.

Bulk Payouts and Withdrawal Management

Run batch payout operations by uploading a CSV or TXT file.
For businesses that require approval workflows, the system holds payouts in a pending state until a manager with the correct permission confirms each transaction. Useful for iGaming operators and high-volume marketplaces managing regular withdrawal runs.

350+ PSP and Payment Method Connections

Accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, and UnionPay card payments. Connect cryptocurrency processing and 300+ alternative payment methods through a single integration. New PSP connections launch
in 1 to 2 weeks on request – the PayAdmit team handles
the development.

PCI DSS Certification
on Dedicated Infrastructure

The white label platform runs on servers dedicated to your business. PCI DSS certification covers your specific environment – not a shared pool. Card data, transaction logs, and merchant records stay within your certified perimeter. This is a hard requirement for businesses
in regulated markets or high-risk verticals.

How to Launch a White Label
Payment Platform in 3 Steps

1

Connect

PayAdmit sets up your branded gateway on dedicated servers with your domain, PCI DSS certification, and initial PSP connections. Your payment gateway
is live before your team writes
a single line of code.

2

Configure

The onboarding team builds routing rules, cascading chains, velocity limits, and anti-fraud rulesets based on your business model, target markets, and transaction volumes. Portal access,
role permissions, and back office configuration are completed
in the same stage.

3

Scale

Start processing live payments.
Add merchants, payment methods,
and new PSP connections as your business grows. Every new integration takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Full Capabilities of the White Label Payment Platform

The PayAdmit white label payment gateway provider is built to process all types a business needs to manage –
card, APM, cryptocurrency, and local payment options – through one unified system.

Payment Processing
and Transaction Management

All incoming and outgoing payments process in real time. Inbound card, APM, and crypto deposits route through the same processing engine. Outbound transfers – payouts, refunds, and settlements –
run through the back office.

Every payment generates an audit log – PSP responses and routing decisions are all captured. Share these logs with acquiring partners during disputes or compliance reviews.

White Label Checkout and Payment Page Management

The checkout carries the client’s brand, domain, and design. Checkout updates – color scheme, typography, logo, layout – apply via CSS without touching the software codebase.

The checkout auto-translates based on cardholder browser locale and applies live CCY conversion so the cardholder sees the correct local currency amount before confirming each payment.

Merchant Onboarding and Business Management

The solution provides a full management layer. Onboard new clients, configure routing rules, set processing limits, and provide portal access – all from one operator panel. Hundreds of accounts
are manageable from a single operator interface with
no impact on service quality per client.

Each business that onboards as a client gets its own reporting, and the operator retains full control over settlement rules and can provide merchants with their own reporting access and provide custom settlement schedules.

API and Integration Layer

The white label solution provides a full REST API for transaction initiation, status queries, and refund requests. Webhooks deliver
real-time status updates to merchant software with webhook
resend support for any transaction state.

PayAdmit provides complete client-facing API documentation –
ready to provide to client development teams. The team will provide
a testing sandbox and a dedicated onboarding engineer.

Ready to hand directly to integration teams. Custom gateway configurations for clients with non-standard payment workflow requirements are available without custom development on your side.

Currency Conversion and Locale Management

The payment solution provides live CCY conversion through a third-party exchange rate API. The conversion applies before transaction routing so the PSP receives the correct settlement currency amount.

Currency and locale settings auto-translate and format amounts in the correct local currency. The operator can configure which currencies the platform accepts and which conversion rules apply per merchant.

White Label Payment Platform Use Cases

A fintech app with an established user base wanted to add payment acceptance for its business clients without redirecting them to a third-party checkout. They needed the payment experience to feel like part of their own product, same domain, same design, no external branding. They launched under the white label platform in under three weeks.

Business clients onboard through the app, get their own merchant portal, and process payments entirely under the fintech brand. The fintech company sets the routing rules and fee structure. PayAdmit handles the infrastructure, PCI DSS, and PSP relationships in the background.

A game holding operating across Europe needed to expand into three new jurisdictions, each with different preferred payment methods, currency requirements, and local PSP preferences.

Building separate integrations for each market would have
taken months. Instead, they deployed the PayAdmit white label platform and configured market-specific routing rules,
local APM connections, and currency conversion
within the existing infrastructure.

Players in each market see a checkout in their local language and currency. Payouts route through the PSP with the highest approval rate for that region. The operator manages all three markets: transactions, settlements, risk rules, from one back office.

Developer-Friendly Platform Infrastructure

The PayAdmit white label solution provides a full REST API for all payment gateway operations. Webhooks deliver real-time payment updates to merchant software with webhook resend support for any transaction state. PayAdmit provides complete merchant-facing API documentation, ready to provide to client development teams.

The team will provide a testing sandbox and a dedicated onboarding engineer. Ready to hand directly to integration teams. The system supports all operation types: pay-ins, pay-outs, refunds,
and recurring payments.
